Mindful Photograpy:
​my Roots Tell Me Why. 

I grew up among the lakes and forests of Bergslagen in Västmanland, and was born in the mountain region of Värmland, Sweden. My ancestors worked as lumberjacks, foresters, hunters, fishermen and foraged for mushrooms and berries.

When I grew up, we had picnics in the woods on weekends; we played sports in the winter and sat around the campfire with hot dogs on sticks, hot cocoa in a thermos flask and a ruck sack full of oranges and bars of milk chocolate.

That nature experience makes me rooted in the forest, and I want to share it for the well-being and sense of belonging to the land.
